When will my item ship out?
Because every order is handmade-to-order from scratch, please allow up to 6-12 business days from the time you place your order, till it is shipped. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is picked up by the post office.

I live nearby, can I pick up my bikini?
Sorry we do not offer pick-up. Your shipping price is automatically calculated by Canada Post at checkout, so if you live nearby we suggest selecting the cheapest shipping option.

Will you be offering prints?
We are actively working on designing original, eco-friendly prints! However there is currently no timeline for when they'll launch. Be sure to join our newsletter and we'll keep you updated!

Will you be offering more colours?
Yes! We are actually constantly revolving our colours to keep things fresh. So don't hesitate if you like a colour, it may not be there tomorrow!

Why don't you manufacture to save time?
Simple, we strive to offer the perfect bikini. To do that, we HAVE to make it. We are able to offer more designs, and more custom fit options; our standards are too high to leave it up to somebody else. On top of all that, we've vowed to never use offshore factories due to ethical and sustainability issues.

Can I order padding?
Our bikinis do not need padding, they are double lined and offer a great coverage! However if you really want that extra layer just leave us a note at checkout and we'll leave invisible slots to insert your own padding.

You don't offer my size and I want to order!
Please contact us. We can do some extended sizes, but unfortunately at the moment not ALL of them. If you have any questions, please contact us through our live chat feature or email.

If my item is too small / big, what do I do?
With our option to include your exact measurements, and special sizing chart, this is highly unlikely to happen! However, in the event that it does, don't sweat it! Just contact us and we'll be more than happy to help. (Must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. See our return policy on any product page for more information.)

I found a colour on your Instagram I like, but I can't find it on the website?
If they are not listed, They are currently NOT in stock. Please let us know if there is a colour you'd like to see!

How can I track my order?
If you selected Xpress or tracked shipping, once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number.

I live outside of Canada, do i have to pay duties?
